Kolte-Patil Developers, backed by Blackstone, has added six society redevelopment projects across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region with a combined estimated gross development value of ₹6,000 crore. Among these, the Vashi project carries an estimated GDV of ₹500 crore.
This announcement marks a significant expansion of the developer's footprint in the region. The business development represents Kolte-Patil's largest annual addition in MMR to date. The projects are planned to be launched across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai over the next six to 12 months, subject to regulatory approvals.
