KOLTE PATIL OSHIWARA REDEVELOPMENT — New Project Coming Up in Oshiwara, Mumbai
Kolte-Patil Enters Oshiwara Redevelopment Market
Kolte-Patil Developers has signed a society redevelopment project in Oshiwara with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 800 crore. The project is expected to be launched within 6 to 12 months, subject to requisite approvals.
The Oshiwara redevelopment marks part of Kolte-Patil's broader expansion across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, where the developer has signed six society redevelopment projects with a combined estimated GDV of Rs 6,000 crore. The projects are strategically located across Santacruz West, Andheri West (Lokhandwala), Oshiwara, Versova, Ghatkopar East and Vashi, in well-established residential micro-markets with robust infrastructure, strong connectivity and limited availability of developable land.
Location and Connectivity
Oshiwara sits in the western suburbs of Mumbai, positioned between Andheri and Goregaon. The locality is served by an elevated Oshiwara metro station on Line 2A (Yellow Line) of Mumbai Metro, which opened on 19 January 2023. Major roads including SV Road and the Western Express Highway provide easy access to the rest of Mumbai.
Nearby, the Oshiwara District Centre spans 160 acres developed by the MMRDA, functioning as a planned development and emerging commercial and residential growth centre.
