Kolte-Patil will hold its 35th AGM virtually on July 27, 2026, to adopt FY26 financials. The meeting will convene at 3:00 PM IST via video conferencing, bringing together shareholders to address key corporate matters and governance actions.
Agenda and Key Resolutions
The AGM will consider adoption of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, the reappointment of director Asheesh Mohta, the renewal of independent director Girish Vanvari for a second five-year term, and a special resolution related to issuance or alteration of securities under applicable companies and securities regulations.
The special resolution on securities reflects the company's ongoing capital management strategy. Kolte-Patil Developers raised ₹417.03 crore through a preferential allotment on June 23, 2025. As of March 31, 2026, ₹104.59 crore has been utilized, leaving ₹312.44 crore unutilized. The company is requesting an extension to December 23, 2027, to deploy the remaining funds.
