Kolte Patil Developers redeemed its secured, unlisted Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) worth ₹140 crore on June 29, 2026, ahead of the scheduled maturity date. The company repaid the outstanding principal amount along with interest to subscriber India Realty Excellence IV, fully extinguishing its liability.
The debentures were originally subscribed and issued on April 10, 2023. The early redemption was conducted in accordance with the terms of the issue. The company informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited regarding the completion of this transaction.
Regulatory Compliance and Debt Strategy
The intimation was filed pursuant to Regulation 30, 51, and other applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Consequent to this payment, the company's liability towards these NCDs has been fully extinguished.
