Kolte-Patil Developers Opts Out of Post-Q4 FY26 Earnings Conference Call Citing Internal Restructuring and Leadership Transition
Restructuring Phase Leads Kolte-Patil to Skip Results Call
Kolte-Patil Developers informed stock exchanges on May 22, 2026 that it will not host a conference call following the announcement of its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The decision reflects the company's ongoing phase of integration and leadership transition, during which it is undertaking internal restructuring measures to further strengthen governance, enhance operational efficiency, and align with long-term strategic priorities.
This marks the second consecutive quarter in which the company has declined to conduct a post-results investor call. The earlier decision in February, following Q3 FY26 results, similarly cited internal restructuring measures and Board-level realignments aimed at strengthening governance and enhancing operational efficiency.
Scope of Leadership and Structural Changes
The company refreshed its senior management roster effective May 22, 2026, naming new heads across development, human resources, and the Pune and Mumbai business units. The company also appointed Ms. Avani Davda as an Additional Director and announced the resignation of Group CEO Mr. Atul Bohra, with plans to appoint a new CEO. Mr. Rajesh Patil continues as Managing Director and Mr. Anil Dwivedi joined as Chief Development Officer.
The board also approved a draft scheme of amalgamation for two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Kolte-Patil Lifespaces Private Limited and Kolte-Patil Smart Spaces Private Limited, subject to necessary approvals.
Financial Performance Amid Transition
Kolte-Patil reported a consolidated net loss of ₹380.8 crore for FY26, compared to a net profit of ₹1,093.3 crore in FY25, with revenue from operations declining to ₹734.96 crore. For Q4 FY26, the net loss was ₹142.9 crore against a profit of ₹662.9 crore in the previous year. The company attributed the decline to the Percentage of Completion Method (CCM) based accounting and moderated revenue recognition.
Despite profitability headwinds, the company achieved record annual collections of ₹2,689 crore, an 11% year-on-year increase, and sales value of ₹2,605 crore. In Q4 alone, collections stood at ₹834 crore, up 18% compared to the same period last year. Price realization emerged as a key highlight, with the company achieving its highest historical realization of ₹9,601 per sq. ft. in Q4FY26, a 21% year-on-year rise.
Blackstone Partnership and Capital Deployment
FY26 was marked by the onboarding of Blackstone as a 40% strategic partner. Over the course of the year, the company undertook several meaningful structural initiatives, including strengthening the Board, reshaping the leadership team, and embedding a sharper framework for capital allocation, execution discipline, and operational accountability.
During the year, the company focused on capital deployment with discipline, acquiring projects with an aggregate Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹2,250 crore spanning 3 million sq. ft. The acquisition of two complementary land parcels in Bhugaon, with an estimated GDV of approximately ₹2,250 crore across nearly 3 Mn. Sq. Ft., reflects the company's confidence in Pune's emerging growth corridors.
